Professional indemnity insurance

Professional indemnity insurance is held with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Stuttgart. The geographical scope of the insurance cover is governed by AVB-P 1.4 (Europe, Turkey).

Representing conflicting interests is prohibited to me under professional regulations (§ 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, I therefore check whether a conflict of interest may exist. This check is carried out without delay, so that a decision on accepting or declining an engagement can be made promptly and without unnecessary waiting times for you.
